Terms of Service

The service

DevOps Level helps you learn DevOps: a stage-by-stage roadmap tracker with progress tracking, an interview question bank, reference cheat sheets, and in-depth tool guides. Some content is free to every account; the rest requires full access, sold as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account.
• Use a real, working email address — it's how we reach you about your account and purchases.
• One account per person. Sharing a paid account's access with people who haven't paid isn't permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish, or resell our questions, cheat sheets, or guide content
• Attempt to bypass the free/paid access controls
• Use automated tools to access the service in a way that degrades it for other users
• Use the service for anything unlawful

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Payments and billing

Full access is billed and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Checkout, receipts, invoicing, and applicable tax (including GST) are handled by them, under their own terms.

• Monthly plan renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access to everything included at the time of purchase, with no recurring charge.
• Prices are shown in INR at checkout and may change for future billing periods or new purchases — we won't change what you've already paid for a lifetime purchase.

Refund requests are handled case by case — contact us (see below) and we'll work it out.

Content and intellectual property

All roadmap content, questions, explanations, cheat sheets, and tool guides are owned by DevOps Level. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning — not to redistribute, publish, or share them outside your own account.

No guarantees

We put real effort into technical accuracy, but the content is provided as an educational aid, not a certification or a guarantee. We don't promise that using this service will get you a specific job, pass a specific interview, or pass a specific certification exam — outcomes depend on you. If you spot something technically wrong, we want to know (see “Contact”) — but we don't warrant the content is error-free.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, our infrastructure providers, or things outside our control can cause downtime.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, let signed-in users know.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
