Container Healthcheck Script
A healthcheck that runs inside the container with a hard timeout and a readable reason, the states Docker reports (starting, healthy, unhealthy), what a failure looks like for a missing page and for a hung process, and a small watcher that restarts unhealthy containers, because Docker itself only reports.
