Entrypoint Script with Environment Validation
A POSIX-sh entrypoint that reads secrets from files, reports every missing variable at once, waits for dependencies, and then execs the real command so it becomes PID 1, with the exit codes and shutdown behaviour of the with-exec and without-exec versions measured side by side.
