Canary Rollout Script: Shift Traffic Between Two Deployments and Roll Back on Errors
A stable and a canary Deployment behind one Service, and a script that releases a new image to the canary only, shifts an approximate traffic percentage by adjusting replica counts, and either promotes or rolls back — proven with real HTTP requests counted by which nginx version actually answered, at each stage.
